Online Application Before you visit, you must fill out our online sperm donor application.

Semen Analysis  Once you have submitted your application, you must visit us to provide a preliminary sperm sample. We will get in touch with you to schedule this appointment. We will analyze the sample to see if your sperm quality is good enough for you to become a sperm donor, and we will contact you with the results. If needed, we may ask you to provide 1-2 additional sperm samples. To ensure good sperm quality, you should not have ejaculated in the last 2 - 3 days prior to making a sperm sample.

Questionaire, Background Check and Interview If your semen analysis shows your sperm quality is good enough, you will need to complete an online questionnaire about your health and a thorough background check. Our staff will then review your answers and assess whether you meet our sperm donor requirements. If you do, you will be asked to participate in a short phone interview where we will schedule you for the next step.

Clinical Examination and First Donation Next, you will undergo a clinical examination, and our healthcare professionals will collect urine and blood samples. You will be able to provide the first sperm donation and receive compensation. Please remember to bring valid identification documents and social security cards.

Final approval  If your urine and blood test results are satisfactory, you will receive final approval from the sperm donor. This means that you can officially donate sperm at Serene while helping families in need.
