Our Team
At Serene, we are a team composed of consulting veterans, legal practitioners, medical advisors, coordinators, and experienced donors and surrogates. We make sure we consider every aspect of the assisted reproduction journey for our customer, and we make sure we assist and accompany our customers in every aspect.
There are four departments supporting our customers. The CC Departments (Consulting Department and Coordination Department) face our customers directly, understand customers' demands, and accompany customers through the whole processes and procedures; The RR Departments (Recruiting Department and Researching Department) are our backbone departments, they provide us solid technical and resource supports.
Consulting Department
Our consulting veterans have extensive knowledge, skill, and experience of understanding customers and knowing the pain points. Meanwhile, they are extremely familiar with the assisted reproduction industry and market, so they know how to understand and guide our customers, elaborate for our customers, and provicing our customers with the appropriate expectations at different stages.
Customers usually feel anxious about the complicated processes and procedures, the contingency fees, the duration and schedule, special health issues, etc. Our consultants can help answer all of them with precedent.
Coordination Department
The mission of the Coordination Department is to coordinate well for our customers.
We are proud that our coordinators are all well educated so they can master multiple languages. They are able to easily translate professional complications into plain language for our customers so customers can make their decisions efficiently.
In addition to basic interpretation and translation, our coordinators contribute mostly to connecting our customers with domestic and overseas institutions including law firms, assisted reproduction clinics, donation and surrogacy agencies, maternity hospitals, insurance companies, etc.
Recruiting Department
Due to various reasons, our customers do need external helps from donors and surrogates. Therefore, sufficient donor and surrogate resources are very crucial to our customers' success.
Our Recruitment Department, as an experienced recruiting agency, continues to work with local and global communities, donor banks, donation agencies, and surrogacy agencies to screen and recruit high-quality donors and surrogate mothers for our customers.
Researching Department
Assisted reproductive technologies and the laws continue to evolve, it's all dynamic!
Our Research Department, from the interests of our customers, constantly understand the changes in the technologies and the market, and constantly connect with leading clinics, law firms, intermediaries, etc., so that our agency is ensured to be at the forefront, to bring the most advanced services for our customers.
